The College of Fisheries was established in the year 1979 under the Faculty of Fisheries of the Kerala Agricultural University. This is the third Fisheries College in the country. Fisheries faculty is divided into seven departments, viz. Aquaculture, Fishery Biology,Processing Technology, Fishery Hydrography, Fishing Technology, Fishery Engineering and Management Studies. Various courses, both at U.G., P.G. and Ph.D. level are offered by these departments. |
